okay found a issue with wm6.1 ...

my wife's phone will loose its brightness. it will go black so i can barely see the screen and i cant change the brightness...any ideas. only a hard reset will fix it.

im going to try to do a new rom update and see if that helps. the first rom i loaded didnt do this and the only thing i removed was windows live. other than that the same rom..

any ideas??

Hold your power button down for a couple of seconds and the backlight will turn back on. Its not a problem, its suppose to work that way.

Re: okay found a issue with wm6.1 ...

Sometimes the backlight brightness will get changed on my phone to the minimum setting. I then have to find someplace with enough light that I can see the screen, which is still on, so I can go to settings and adjust it. Are you sure that the backlight settings didn't get changed on your's as well?
