Help! My Apache_helmi_wm6.1.rar Is Corrupt

somehow the file got corrupted and the updater says im current and will not download the file again... anyone know how to get this file or force the updater to download? i even uninstalled buildos and reinstalled and now i ve lost everything but the updater says no new files! thanx in advance!
