PPCGeeks - Ok, finally im Stuck and need help

I have been running Verizon guys WM6.02 on my xv6700 for a long time no...NO ISSUES>.

but i broke my phone and they sent me a new one...

I had issue with ERROR 150, so i upgraded the stock ROM to
ROM 31430.134208.14300 which is AKU 3.3, (this rom states...YOU CANNOT downgrade)

Now i cannot upgrade to any of the custom ROMS...all i get is errors 150 upgrade utiltiy etc..

i havent had any issues in months....now...i feel like a nebie....

ok...one note...is says i have DEVICE CE ..upgrading to CE???

ok, i got the same AKU to re run?...looks like only 3.3 will run.

i can active sync from my pda to my pc
i am running XP
i have active sync 4.5
i have active sync mode

HELP>>>please
