Major WM6 Sound Grief

I just upgraded to the Clean and Simple b7 WM6 rom and with the HTC Performance it has been working out great. However, I have a huge complaint.

The sounds are barely audible even with the volume all the way up. This is so severe even to the point of if it werent for the vibrate, I would miss every call, text, voicemail, etc. The ringtone I picked is the loudest alert of the bunch, but still not acceptable.

Before this I had the latest official verizon WM5 rom, which was pretty quick and all the sounds were VERY loud so this is a big difference to me.

I am using phone alarm and I made sure that it is turned up to the maximum volume.

Am I missing something or can someone point me in the direction of a better sound pack? T

Have you edit the registry yet ?
if you have not please try this one :
open Reg edit : HKCurrentUser\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\Ring\In itvol
Change the number from 3 to 5 , number greater than 5 wouldn't make any change of volume...
This regedit has been posted several times here....
Hope this help u
Regards

Ok, I was unaware of this value. Thank you very much! Mine was set to 1, im guessing the maker of the rom set it to that for whatever reason. Much louder alerts now and I set it to a value of 4.

I'm glad I asked the question, thank you very much ferky!
