Is there any method to replace wince.nls?

I want to replace the rom file wince.nls, cause the new rom can't change the correct region setting, how can I do it? Thanks!

Replace it before building the ROM, as someone already said in your other thread on the same subject...

Put it in c:\buildos\patches. Then build.

Just put it in the folder of patches?
I see a subfolder named OS_19716 in it.

Buildos has changed significantly form when those directions were written. They refer to a method that does not exist anymore.
