WM6 Theme - How to Create

Hello all,

I called VZW this wknd to complain about the joystick on my 6700. They offered me a 6800 as the replacement but I told them I really wanted another 6700...the tech on the phone sounded stunned! I am not ready to give up my 6700 due to all the fine work you have all done!

Now onto my question. I would like to create a WM6 theme revolving around my beloved football team - the Miami Dolphins...ok no fish jokes! I have seen a few people putting out new themes. Is there a way to go about creating one?
