You didn't select your carrier from the top bar before building. To be clear, there are TWO places you need to choose your carrier--in the "Carrier Customize" group in the right-pane list AND up top where the splash screens, etc. are chosen.

Also, If You Build Rom File And Save It... Then Uninstall Kitchen ...and Reinstall Kitchen ( Many People Do This For Many Reasons.. Like Reinstalling Windows..) You Will Get This Error As The Saved Kitchen File Doesnt Tell The New Kitchen Where Your Radio File Is...(tools Folder) .. You Need To Make List Of All Your Selections In Saved Rom File, Then Make One New Kitchen Rom In The New Kitchen With Them.... And Save It To To Same Saved Rom File You Have So It Upgrades It...now Kitchen Will Know Where To Look....

That's just wrong, in every respect. Please disregard everything said in the above post.

EDIT: ok, it does have one thing right...people do reinstall "For Many Reasons". Otherwise, it's 100% incorrect.

Did you get a popup that said "No Carrier selected" ?

As this appears to be a frequent problem, I'll make that show when you select play to build a rom, as well as when you load the selections file.

It still shouldn't have given a Fat 16 fielsize error unless you had some other problem too...I'll check and fix as necessary.
