Mike,
Use winrar to extract these files from the Alltel self-executing packed file:
nk.nbf
ms.nbf
radio.nbf
They should be in a folder called "OutputFile" or something similar.

Drop these into a NoID RUU folder that works for you, put the phone in bootloader, then run your NoID updater executable. If you've used the kitchen successfully, you can just run from the NoID_RUU in the kitchen's \Upgrade folder. Have fun with your Mogul.
