preserving email (I'm cookin' the bird)

Happy Thanksgiving!

What specifically are the files necessary to copy to say, a memory card or my laptop, in order to preserve my email, i.e., sent/drafts/read or unread, settings, etc., so upon flashing, I can restore that stuff to the place it was before I flashed?

BTW, I do not sync my mail between my latptop and PPC. I have a unique address for my ppc to which all my other (don't say you don't have 'em, too!) emails forward.

Goin' to baste the cook.
