The list is processed in the order the cabs were found (top of the checklist to the bottom), but if you add a CAB line to the config.txt it will show in blue at the bottom of the list. That would be a work-around to have it process last.

Im not sure if thats what you meant, because all cabs installed after a flash will overwrite "oem" settings.

oops.. oem is the wrong word.. i meant to say i have a cab that i want to make sure gets run last.
