No ringer with Bluetooth on Sprint 6700
 

I hope that this is the right forum. I have searched high and low to find a solution with no luck. I upgrade my software with the new WM6 kitchen, everything works great, no issues with BT announcement but with the BT on, my phone will only vibrate no ringer. I have searched all the phone settings and the forum with no luck. I doesn’t seem to matter what I do the headset will ring but the phone will not. Help Please.

Check in your phone options for your ringers and make sure it's not set to silent or none?

are you using the acbToggle? if so, try your build without it.

No, and no, This is driving me nuts it will ring normal as song as my BT is disconnected or turned off.

I believe this has to do with voice command. You can go into the voice command settings and change it to announce caller ID info over the speaker with the bluetooth on.
