Error when building a custom OEM

I'm trying to make an oem out of a cab file using the instructions found in the kitchen help & support directory. I get the OEM created, and it shows up in the kitchen, but when I'm building the rom, it throws an error that says something to the effect of "target file xxxxxxx.dll is a directory not a file". I clicked ok on that and it continued on.

I'm a little curious what that means and how I can fix it. I went into the temp directory and the dll file showed as a directory but I don't know if that means anything.

I flashed the phone with the new rom anyway... guess I'll see if it works while I await an answer.
