Well, after some nights of hard work I've done a 21884 build.

The known bug till now is: graphical issue in the contact list.

Based on NightRaven's Kitchen, AcidHax files and Ervius Visual kitchen!

Naked rom - Just original apps inside
In this build:
Office updated to 2010 version
Window Live removed, install it via Market place.
Alt keys fixed
Dialer's graphics issues fixed, no need to disable it now.
A little increase in system's performance
Waiting cursor fixed

Now I'll dedicate some time in my 6.1 build and another builds here! Thanks for all people who test this and reported the issues.

Solving USB issues:

1- put your TP in bootloader mode (power button, camera and reset) then plug it on you pc.
2- Try again the RoomUpgradeUltility software, if no success go to next step!
3- With your device plugged on your pc, go to hardware management and remove the Microsoft USB Sync device. Make the hardware management to find new devices, they W'll find the Microsoft USB Sync device again. Try the updater again. If no success yet, try to change the usb port or: keep your device in bootloader mode when run the RoomUpgradeUltility plug your device.

I'd love to test out the ROM that does work as long as it doesn't lock up or brick my phone. Can you post it?

Remember, this a very new rom and can have bugs, use at your own risk.

im downloading your rom right now i will tell you any bugs that i find and hopefully there will be a fix for it and good job on keeping this thread alive

i just tried this and its way to slow to do anything but the graphics looks good keep up the good work

Thanks for the rep man! Working yet here. Solved that initial bugs. Now it's running smooth. Next step: port to another languages.
