Retrain your nexus one battery

Every so often its good to wipe your battery stats and start from scratch. To do this you must have bootloader unlocked with a recovery image like ra recovery etc.

1.charge phone full
2. Turn off phone, hold down vol down and power till bootloader comes up, use volume down to scroll down to recovery and press power to select it.
3.scroll to wipe and select it using trackball
4. Scroll to wipe battery stats and select it.
5. When done, power down phone and charge for a while after its green...
6. (Optional ) I also after that use it till it completely dies, then charge again full from 0 to 100...
That should do it and hopefully get some more life out of your battery if your having some bad battery times...

I might try this sometime soon. I've read about doing it but haven't tried it yet.

I was at 90% when I started this and the phone is off and the LED is still orange. Its been like 30 minutes...it shouldn't take that long to charge 10% should it? Especially with the phone off.

EDIT: Nevermind, just turned green :)

I'm not sure if my battery meter is accurate yet, but since doing this 2 hours ago I'm still at 100%. I've had wifi on the entire time, screen is set to auto dim, did a couple of texts and some browsing.

Before, even having the screen on for 2-3 minutes would cause a 1-2% drop.

I'm also using an AVS undervolted stock speeds kernel.
