What is the best way to get rid of/remove a scratch?

I scratched my Nexus a couple of days ago when I accidentally put it in the same pocket as my keys. Now there is a small scratch where the edges you cant feel but the center of it you can feel with a fingernail. Ive been looking into eyeglass fillers, screen protectors, heck the banana peel, and I have no idea what will work because I believe the Gorilla Glass 2 has a special coating and I dont want to risk damaging that or the rest of the screen. Any advice???

I suggest Zagg Shield HD.
It protects very well, looks and feels invisible.
Make sure it is HD though.
