Windows 7 Letter Recognizer

I'm considering getting the Window 7 HTC Arrive. I know I'm a stuck on letter recognizer nerd, but I've been hooked on letter recognizer since the Palm days. Does anyone know of an app that allows for letter recognition on this platform/phone? Thanks in advance.

@PPCPete2010 nope,3rd parties cannot change the default SIP on wp7. handwriting recognition also doesn't really work well on capacitive screens.
