LaptopMag is having a battle of the smartphone OSes and Windows Phone 7 is up against Web OS in the championship. Don't let Web OS win; they beat Android, so they must have some serious campaigning going on. Spread the word, too!

I saw this as well but, what is the point? I mean Laptop Mag does not have the final say on what platform is the best. Hell I don't even care bout "who is the best." If you go to Pocketnow, WMpoweruser, Engadget, or BGR you could poll and get the results of limited users. It does not translate to Microsoft, Google, Apple. They are not going to react from the poll. I realize its fun&games but clicking without a Windows Phone is an act in futility imo.

Yes, it is just for entertainment, but it gets the Windows Phone 7 brand a little more attention so that maybe people will take a look at it instead of just doing what their friend says ("buy an Android like me"). If you don't have a Windows Phone, you could still have enough knowledge about the OS to decide what you think is best - it's an opinion poll, not an election of a public servant. :)

I think this has conclusively proven that webOS and WP7 are hands down better selling, more popular, and all around better OS's than iOS and Android.

Too bad Laptop Mag didn't wait until after the HP event when HP announced that they've discontinued support for all current model WebOS devices. I think the poll may have turned out differently.

They haven't rigged the poll I don't think..but...Poll Daddy is known for allowing people to vote more then once, its a known exploit..I am guessing some WebOS fan voted for them a lot of times...

no because i tried that and it said my vote was already counted. this was a fraudulent win that's for sure.

I repeat..there is an exploit on poll daddy to vote multiple times..BUT there is NO way to have 1 side vote multiple times and others not..it doesn't work that way..

I'm not going to reveal the exploit..but its not just refreshing and voting again..
