How fast can you recover from a hard reset (WinMoPro)

After you flash a ROM or just have to do a hard reset, how long does it take you?

What do you do to speed it up?

Re: How fast can you recover from a hard reset (WinMoPro)

I would estimate an hour for me (if it is a ROM update or flash); 10 minutes if it is just a hard reset, and restoring the current ROM. I have sprite backup for recovering from a normal hard reset; which only takes a few minutes. For a full flash, I keep all the CABs for my software I use. That way I can quickly re-install. I also use MyPhone and Outlook to restore all my PIM data, SMS, MMS, photos, and ringtones.

Re: How fast can you recover from a hard reset (WinMoPro)

10 mins max, including the hard reset time. It takes me way longer to prepare my ROM though. I use Calkulins kitchen and add in and set up mostly all of my settings. I use SKTools to back up all of my .regs that are important, like the way my tabs look, and my weather locations. Then use OEMizer to make an OEM of them and cook em in. I make OEMs of all the programs I want to install too. I don't use UC at all really. The only thing I do extra is set my e-mail up and restore my contacts with PIMBackup.

Re: How fast can you recover from a hard reset (WinMoPro)

Soon as rom boots up I am done cause I cook my own and everything is already there.

Took about thirty minutes first time I did to my TP2. And half of that time i was just drooling over it.
