wdigets on wm 6.5 idiots guide?
 

hello and good evening. Can someone explain to me how to get a wdiget to work on WM6.5? I found a currency conversion widget off yahoo.finance http://widgets.yahoo.com/widgets/any-currency-converter
i save .widget file to Windows > Stat Menu > Programs > Internet > Widgets.
The thing is ... all the files in here are .lnk files pointing to windows\riahost.exe
Can someone explain to me how to get the .widget file to actually work

Dont know if it helps, but do PC widgets run on WM? It seems like they wouldnt since a WM widget is really just a program that lives in the start menu. That yahoo widget is for a computer...

No, while they share the same name they are completely different.

Widgets on Windows Mobile is basically a bookmark of a website that runs in a wrapper and is stored in your Start Menu.

Vista/Win7/Google Desktop/Yahoo widgets are completely different.
