Can a bluetooth gps communicate with two phones at the same time?

This is more Dependant on your GPS device then anything. If the GPS device can connect with 2 bluetooth devices at the same time then yes. Most can not do this.
My bluetooth GPS will not allow this. I have the "GPS Bluetooth 65c"
