What do you guys use to convert vids to our phone

I trying to look for a software that will convert my .avi files to my phones, but it seems I have no luck ...anything out there? hEELLp

man, i use a program which i dont remember the name of on top of my head, but it makes wonders, i was able to put a 762MB avi file into like 33MB on the ppc with the same quality it was played on the regular computer. When I get home I will post the name on here

There are quite a few dvd conversion programs you could use to convert dvd for viewing for ppc, Pocket DVD Studio for one. Try search Pocketgear, you could download the trial version to try it.
