alright. I have never been able to get active sync to save my contacts correctly. so i downloaded PPCimbackupV2.5 ran it, said it saved all my contacts and info. hard reseted and when i went to restore everything it did not update my contacts, restored my call logs but no contacts. any ideas?? this is like the fourth time ive lost my contacts and im about to throw my mogul down some stairs.

what issue are you having with syncing your contacts? which device are you using...operating system...etc

im using a mogul..wm6... no third party apps except google maps. everytime i try to use active sync it tells me that outlook has experienced a unexpected error and needs to close.

this is just killing me, i would like to start playin with my phone to see what i can do with it. but i cannot keep losing my contacts, kinda ridiculous.

you should look into using the exchange server method with mail2web. thats what i do and it downloads my contacts to my phone anytime i do a hard reset
