Shut down Mogul..how often?

I've been wondering how often you should turn off your PPC. I've heard its good to turn it off and on every couple of days. If it is recommended would it be better to leave it off for a bit before turning it back on? Just curious what everyone else thinks.

I do a soft reset every few days, or if it's acting slow or flakey. I don't usually shut it completely off.

If I don't restart it everyday - probably at least every other day. But I generally never just turn it off.

I do the same but I also turn off the phone about once a month.

How do you power down the xv6700?

The trinity (prototype) had an icon that would power down the phone. I had a chance to mess with one a while back. The Ipaq will power itself down if not used for 24-72 hours. I have an XV6700 and often wondered how to power it down.
