Use Touch Pro as a BT dongle on my PC?

Very weird request here but basically, I'm working at our other office today and I don't have a BT dongle on the pc i'm using here. This may be a long shot, but is there anything out there that would let me hook my phone up to the pc (using USB cable) and then have it act as a BT dongle to route sound to my BT headphones? I know there are much easier options but I didn't bring any wired headphones with me today.

here, use this program, it sends all noise from your phone to the bluetooth headset.

He wants the noise from his PC to go to his headset, not the noise from his phone.
