Re: Anonymous text message?
I know this is old, but I just experienced this.
When you send a text from sprint.com, that is exactly how it appears. You don't have to enter any personal information. Go to sprint.com, select the carrier, and send the message. Message rec'd: conversation with unknown sender. Obviously, replying is unsuccessful. Therefore tracing would be near impossible as well. Sorry if I annoyed anyone reviving an old thread

Re: Anonymous text message?
If it were me, I wouldn't even worry about it. Whoever sent it didn't care enough to let you know who it was, I wouldn't bother spending my time trying to figure it out... then again, I don't have to wonder about who would send me a message like that because I'd know without a doubt!!! HA HA
