Hey do you guys think it would be possible to get a CDMA Touch Diamond2 from overseas and activate it with sprint?

NO....unlocked CDMA phones would be tough to get activated...

No, its impossible. Sprint will only activate phones in their database. Verizon however has been known to add ESN's to theirs to allow activation.
