Need help bad
 

Hi all new to the forums here. Just bought an HTC s621 and it does not have and office applications on it. Can anyone help please.

Where did you buy it from? It should come with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint at least. Are you sure they are not there?

Ya im sure. This guy ripped me off it has a knockoff version of those programs called clearvue document, pdf, presentation and worksheet. But the applications suck they are only for viewing.

Well, not really sure how he replaced the apps unless there are custom roms for the device. Have you tried a hard reset? Have you searched through \Windows with a file explorer (make sure to view all files)? You may also want to check here:

Not with the hardware buttons off hand, but you could look for "Clear Storage" in Programs.

I don't think your smartphone came with word or excel most smart phones didn't. Go to the link I posted above there is freeware available for WM5 smart phone.
