referrals? what and where are they?
 

Greetings guys. Sorry for the more than likely silly question, but on our user control panel, it shows "referrals". What are those, and how does one go about referring someone. Again, sorry for the question, and if i posted in the wrong place. I just havent been ableb to find an answer regarding that referral thingy. Thanks guys,
