Question about Stock Sprint Clock in TF3D.

I have been searching and could not find an answer to this question. I want to know if the reason that some themes show up weird on my phone is becuz the sprint clock does not flip. When I install a theme using TFDConfig the icons are not centered and the clock shows up wrong.
