HTC Phoebus - new rom?

My friend has this phone and i dont see a section for it on the main forum.
She seems to have a different issue after every factory reset - this latest the keyboard is out.

I used to have an apache and just cooked up a kitchen for it - and voila it fixed everything! can i do the same for this phone? is their any guides for it?

I believe its software because after every restore theirs a different issue - keyboard dead - freezing - no camera - etc etc
