Build OS, are there other ways other than

flashing to a storage card?

what other kitchen type programs like Build OS are out there?

are there any that are TP specific?

are there any that one can simply plug in the cab files and exe's of their own choosing?

are there any that work with ubuntu? 8.04 8.10 or even the low 7 numbered versions?

Maybe I'm crazy but I am sure I have read in many places things which imply at least other windows alternatives exist, but when I've chased after them....

I've not found them or if I have, they were simply so obvious as to be overlooked

if this is an inappropriate query to be made here, my apologies in advance and please do vaporize this post

thanks

You can use the PPCKitchen, that's at PPCKitchen.org. There are stickies in the forums that show you how to build with PPCKitchen.

Re: Build OS, are there other ways other than

yes thank you, that is Build OS.

I'm looking at Hyper Kitchen right now.

Not sure if there are other types but the support for the Build OS is indeed very good.

It just keeps being uncooperative on the computer I want to use it on and I'm tired of trying to figure out why.

Re: Build OS, are there other ways other than

so is this just too stupid a question to warrant any responses?
