phone randomly soft resetting itself
 

This is actually a question about a blackberry. Im not sure if its ok to put this in general discussion of off-topic. The problem is exactly as the title says the phone will randomly reset it self. naturally swapping it out is a possibility at this point but i just wanted to see if theres anyway to fix it be fore returning it. ive heard both ways this is a common issue with blackberrys.
