I don't see it miss leading, it's right there in big letter. "Just the box, I repeat, just the box, not phone." They have to be not reading at all if they did post a bid in mistake.

Its misleading because it posts specs in the description/category box as if it were a "new phone". If he weren't trying to scam folk, he'd have to post it in like cell phone accessories or others.

I've gotta be completely honest. If someone bids on that after it does clearly state that it is the box only, I have zero sympathy for them. People have to take responsibility for themselves and learn to be responsible consumers. If you value your money, you should be cautious of what you are buying, especially on the internet. I personally wouldn't put something like that up for bid, but I'm not gonna condemn that guy too much. People need to read.
