Is the Treo 800w considered a smartphone or a PPC?

The typical distinction between a smart phone and a PPC is the touch screen. The PPC has a touch screen, where as the smart phone will not.

So the Treo 800 would be considered a PPC

Windows mobile processional is for touchscreen devices, and Windows mobile standard is for non-touch screen devices
