Phone just randomly lost service

A couple of minutes ago, me and my father just randomly lost service for absolutely no reason. We are good with our bills so i dont understand why it just happened. I had service 10 mins ago.

Did this happen to you?

What carrier are you with?
I'm with Telus and I still have service.
