multi user computer and Activesync
 

Hey all,
I am having a problem I cant find an answer for.
First, the computer is a multi-user computer, running Xp pro, ver. 2002, SP2.

The problem is this; I install activesync4.5 (my profile is an "admin");
ever thing works fine for me. But when I log off and anyone else logs on, things are fine till they open video email attachments. Thats when Activesync starts an install. There is an option to cancel the install. Even if the install is canceled or allowed to run, Activesync locks ups.

Any ideas how to fix this?
