Problem With ActiveSync 4.5

SORRY IF THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE FOR THIS TOPIC

BUT

I HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHEN I TRY TO USE ACTIVE SYNC. IT JUST STARTED TODAY AND I BEEN USING ACTIVESYNC FOR A GOOD WHILE. WHEN I CONNECT MY DEVICE, I GET THIS MESSAGE



THEN I TRIED TO DRAG AND DROP THE APPLICATION TO MY FOLDER. I WAS TRYING TO ADD A NEW KEYBOARD TO MY WINDOWS MOBILE AND I GOT THIS MESSAGE. I GET IT EVERY TIME I TRY TO TRANSFER SOMETHING.



ALSO I CANT DELETE ANYTHING FROM THE EXPLORE FOLDER IT SAYS SOMETHING LIKE MAY BE IN USE OR COPY WRITTEN OR SOMETHING I CANT QUITE RECALL.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Open Activesync. Delete device and re-sync. Should fix the problem.

I've Done That Twice Ans Uninstalled and Reinstalled Active Sync

Are There Any .ddl I Need to Add To The Folder Or Anything?

Okay, it might be in the AS settings on your device. Try deleting your PC in the device's AS and resync with it deleted in your PC as well. In other words you'll be starting over from scratch. This is a wierd one...

Make sure yiou aren't connected via a USB HUB but directly... You might want to disconnect other USB devices too, even if they are conneted directly...
