Awwww using PocketXpdf - stuck in full screen - help

1.) i clicked full screen and i'm stuck in that mode. how do i get back with the tool bars and such?

2.) when reading a document when i get to the bottom of the page i click next page and i start at the bottom. Any way to start at the top (that would make sense)?

(i'm using htc touch pro if that makes any difference)

someone here has to be using PocketXPdf. I was recommended to it by you guys.

I don't use it, but I've been able to exit full screen mode in other programs by tapping and holding the stylus on the screen to bring up a menu where it can be deselected.
