I read an interesting article about what they beleive Microsoft needs to fix in WM...

What do you think? Agree? Disagree?

At the very least, MS needs to make a mobile email app that works properly with things like IMAP and secure SMTP. Trying to force people into using Exchange server by breaking everything else on the phone is no way to build a customer base.

An app store would be cool, but only if it's not the ONLY place you can get apps. I like that I can find apps from all different sources right now. If there was an official store, that might help some smaller developers get their stuff off the ground, but I would hate to be railroaded into only buying from one place *ahem Apple* :P

I think it's far more important for MS to focus on the quality of its core apps though. A robust and sensible mail client, and a browser that isn't garbage should be the cornerstones of the Winmo platform.
