Dead Phone Policy?

The more I think about it, the more I feel like I got screwed out of a Pro!

Well, my Mogul died. Kaput. I was pissed as hell, because I hadn't backed up my contacts in a few months. So I took it to Sprint. They had the Pro sitting there, but I gave them my mogul. Came back an hour later, and they said they couldn't revive it so they needed it for the weekend because they had to order one. So I had to go Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Today without a phone!

Are they allowed to do that? Just wondering... because it seems strange to not give a customer a working phone!

last i checked they wont let you got without a phone for 24 hours....

I wonder if the fact that I was a teenager influenced his decision...

when they had my phone they akways gave me a prorated bill for the month. usually like 30$ thats only if they didnt have a replacement at the time. i always tell them my job depends on my phone and that works. id raise some hell on that one.

school is from 830-3 (this week till 1) and i get what u mean i used to go in there with my apache and ask for a mogul and the one time my mom came in BOOM mogul in my pocket
