TEP Voided Warranty

I just got a voicemail yesterday from sprint saying that I would not be getting credit for my returned phone. If I want to fight it, call some number... blah blah blah.

This is what happened. I had a mogul with a dead screen that was unlocked with a dcd rom. No way of reflashing or anything.

So... what should I do? I am out of contract and am not afraid to "cancel" my service.

how did TEP void the warranty then???? If they didnt say that an unauthorized rom or unlocker is the reason for not getting credit, then i would call and say something. They should take care of it.

You should still be able to flash to a stock ROM using My Mobiler (you can see the phone screen and control it from your PC).

doesn't help, he already sent it back.
anyway like coz said deny deny deny and get a real reason and if they won't do it call retentions and tell them that's what asurion is doing and theyre about to cost sprint a customer
