Where do new phones on Ebay come from?
 

Just wondering, how there are new Touch Diamonds on ebay for 400 or less. Forgive the question if its really dumb.

what do you make of the sprint diamonds listed as having bad esn's?

do you think its safe to asume they were likely stolen?

one listing goes so far as to say the bad esn was due to not paying the monthly bill. As new as the diamond is its hard to beleve there has been time for a billing cycle to lapse.

people could report them as lost/stolen which would be flag the ESN as fraudulant

they are most likely stolen I would not recommend getting any phone with a bad esn
