Cellular data or WiFi
 

Which one do you use?
for me it is defiantly cellular data and only that, only use wifi to pull up stuff on my little house network

Same here. Cellular even when I'm at home.

WiFi only if I need to remote desktop my computer when I'm too lazy to go upstairs, or to access some files remotely.

i use both cell more then wifi but when i am on the phone and i wanna look some thing up i use my wifi

I use cell only, WiFi eats the crap out of my battery.

With WM6 you can very easily turn off the phone radio when using WiFi. Have you explored ways to tweak your registry to maximize battery life? The tweaks available are harmless, so no need to worry about your PPC blowing up.

I've used Advanced Config to turn on all the power-save options and also changed the battery registry using Total Commnader from 5000 to 4E20 (can't remember the name of the file). I have Diamond TF3D Config but the tweaks lock up my weather tab for some reason.

Anyway, last I checked, WiFi used about twice the current as Data. I'll try to turn the phone radio off next time but then I can't get incoming calls.

you can with resco explorer and a home network that you set up and file share and print
