Does anyone no how to do phone as a modem with vista with sprint phones they don't have a connection manager for vista only xp

Right-click Network (shortcut on the desktop) -> Properties -> Setup a Connection or Network (it's on the collection of links on the resulting window) -> Setup a dial-up connection

I think from there you should be able to figure it out. Make sure to select the phone as the modem.
