Well I'm getting my phone replaced thru asurion. So if your phone is not under warranty, you can still go to the store if you have TEP?

Also, has anybody not returned their phone when they got a replacement? did you get charged? I've done that in the past and I was never charged, but things might have changed now.

I think that is virtually impossible. The sprint reps have to scan the barcode on the back to take that specific phone off your account. Then they scan the new phones barcode into your account, the ol' switcheroo. I think about the only way you could go about keeping the original phone and getting an insurance replacement is if it is lost or stolen. I think you can pay a $50 deductible for a replacement on your insurance. Not 100% sure though, as I have never been posed with that issue.
