ppc kitchen probs

i have downloaded ppc kitchen to my comp but for some reason it wont work it keeps telling me that
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

what coudl a solution to the problem be i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didnt work
