How do I enable bottom System tray if its been disabled?

ok on my ppc 6700 I must have run soe program that disabled the bottom system tray which usually shows battery icon and wireless commanager icon. What is the registry setting to renable this? Thanks.

It is not so much the tray, but the items themselves.
