Help with activesync

I sync my phone between two computers. My work computer is XP using activesync 4.5 But at home I use Vista. Once I sync with with my work computer I can no longer sync with my vista computer. It reconizeses and starts to sync but then errors out with no explaination.

This is all I get "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop." Any idea how I can resolve this? I used to be able to do it.

I also found if I delete my partnership on the vista machine it will sync till I sync with my xp machine.

I'm having a simiar problem. I can sync on my Windows XP system without a problem. When I try to sync on my Vista system, I receive the following message "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop."
Anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?

More info.. The sync problems occur only with Contacts and Calendar.
