HTC 5800/Fusion

Anybody see this yet?

http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=1096

Looks promising! What do you think?

The only thing I dont like about my XV6800 is the fact that there's no external keypad. I may just have to switch

BTW That has no touch screen either.

As you can see its running Smartphone edition WM6.. Still cool we're getting some CDMA love.

Re: HTC 5800/Fusion

Actually just picked this up and works great. I was a many year Treo 700W user and the transition to a non-touch screen was pleasant. It makes the phone much cheaper as well. I have read bad reviews on the battery life so I picked up the extended life battery. So far - so good!

Re: HTC 5800/Fusion

a bit too small for me. played with it before and didn't find it comfy at all... except for the conveinence of a dialpad under the screen.

Re: HTC 5800/Fusion

Has anyone tried using there HTC 5800 with slingbox software? The video streaming is very poor. Any suggestions?

Re: HTC 5800/Fusion

Yes that's correct for the 5800- I have a coworker who has the Mogul and the slingplayer works great.

Re: HTC 5800/Fusion

I just bought the 5800 yesterday and the only thing I dont like about it so far is the battery life. Otherwise its an amazing phone. Anyone have any cool applications I can add to it?
