vibrate alert -> off after call answered

I've tried searching for this but couldn't find anything...

I often have my phone on vibrate only at work. After I hang up from a call, my phone switches itself to "Silent" as far as alerts. Even the profile in HTC home shows silent.

I had Spb Phone suite and thought this was doing it, but disabled the profiles part of that and it's still happening.

I have an OMJ 6.1 Rom (v3 i believe) if that matters.

Anyone seeing this? Have a fix?
